Take a look at our past projects

Index, Cabin

This Cabin in Index suffered a tree strike, which led the homeowners to a full kitchen remodel, new paint/flooring, and new ramp decking and cable railings. Along with repaired damage to the roof and walls. Rowan Remodel's General Contractor Eli Halverson worked closely with our clients to make their vision a reality, and the finished project turned out beautifully!

Monroe, Kitchen

We loved transforming this 90's builder grade kitchen into a modern and beautiful space for our clients family to enjoy. We tore out the original cabinets and installed new custom cabinets in this gorgeous light blue color picked by the customers. We installed new quartz counter tops, added some tile backsplash, replaced their hanging light fixture with practical recessed lighting, and removed a section of wall that was unnecessarily obstructing the area.

Lynnwood, Multi-Room

This client wanted to update their 1980's era home. So our team got to work and updated their Kitchen with new Cabinets, a gorgeous Kitchen Island, and beautiful Quartz counter tops. Next we replaced the old Tile in the Bathrooms with Vinyl Plank Flooring and added a sleek new Vanity. We replaced all of the old 90's wooden Doors with modern white Doors. Swapped out Carpet for stylish Wood flooring in the hallways. The finished look is stunning!

Sammamish, Deck

Here is a deck rebuild we completed! The old decking and most of the framing had rotted and was falling apart. So we reframed it and installed new comp decking and cable railings with a comp top cap.

Sammamish, Flooring and Mantel

We replaced the old flooring with beautiful Luxury Vinyl Plank, and then added a strong Cedar Mantel to accent the client's current fireplace.

Goldbar, Veranda

This home in Goldbar needed a new Veranda built because theirs wasn't up to code. Our General Contractor Eli Halverson quickly got to work and tore it down, then skillfully rebuilt a safe and beautiful cover for their porch.

Startup, WA Siding

The siding on this historic Event Center needed replacing, so Eli and Erik got to work in the pouring rain. They ripped off all of the old rotten siding, installed the new material, and gave it a new paint job.
